Hi friends! I’m so happy to be back here with you. I took a month off blogging to re-group and make some clear decisions, as well as overcoming the flu that seemed to travel around the UK!

As a Nutrition Advisor and Coach, my work isn’t about rules, restriction, or chasing perfection. It’s about helping women come home to themselves — to their bodies, their intuition, and their rhythms — and creating habits that actually fit real life. A gentle place to begin: The Nourished Woman – Reset
The Reset is a one-month invitation to pause, become mindful of your choices, clear some space, and renew a focus to live a healthy and balanced life. It’s for the woman who feels stuck in old patterns, tired of overthinking food, or simply craving some clear, loving guidance.

Why now matters
As women we often put everyone else’s needs before our own, and sadly sometimes it is only when we get ill ourselves that we start to advocate for our own needs. We can be in a habit of reacting to our health emergencies rather than preparing and experiencing good health. Let’s stop fighting fires, pushing through burnout and just ‘keeping on going’. Now is the time to develop a new mindset and start to gently create new habits so that you feel good about yourself and know that in looking after your own needs you are helping others.
