I have an ANNOUNCEMENT! As a Nutrition Coach, it was taking me a while to decide what niche to focus on - as I want to help everyone get fit and healthy! Also, whether I like it or not, focusing on working with a specific group of people, particularly women (Empower the women!!) is a savvy way of making a living and supporting my family - whereas wanting to help ALL the people get healthier - doesn't really work as a Nutrition Coach in this modern age of marketing. After a full year of working with many different kinds of clients - seeing where I can be most effective and thinking about who needs support I have decided to focus on supporting MIDLIFE WOMEN and I'm excited to meet my sisters all learning how to thrive in this amazing time of life!   • Two 40-minute online 1:2:1 sessions plus Whatsapp support

  • A Personalised Nutrition Report which includes:

    •  therapeutic advice to relieve the priority of symptoms

    •  5 day meal and snack ideas tailored to your preferences

  • Meal planning organisation strategies

Purpose: To create clarity, reset habits and gain immediate improvements in energy, digestion and mood. 

Duration: 2 Weeks | Investment: £150 (Reduced to £120 if a friend or colleague also becomes a client - so £30 back for you!)
