Hey there my friend! 🥚 Get energized with Biotin and
support cell growth with Folate!
Biotin, also known as Vitamin B7, supports the health of skin, hair, and nails. It's also important for energy metabolism, helping convert food into energy. Folate is essential for DNA synthesis and repair, making it crucial during periods of rapid growth such as pregnancy and infancy. It also helps in the production of red blood cells and MEN - this has been found to have a significant role in the production of nitric oxide, which can help reduce erectile dysfunction! Watch this video to learn more.
Biotin sources: Eggs, almonds, sweet potatoes, and spinach.
Folate sources: Also leafy greens, citrus fruits, beans
Recipe: Bake some Spinach and Sweet Potato Frittata! Mix eggs, spinach, and sweet potato, then bake until golden. Perfect for breakfast!
For a recipe rich in biotin and folate: Whip up a lime spinach Salad! Mix spinach, avocado and baby tomatoes. Drizzle with a light vinaigrette from lime juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Here’s a tasty recipe along the same lines.

B Vitamins are in many different foods and vital for health. Eating them in foods rather than taking them as supplements can mean that you are also benefitting from the intake of fibre, good fats and a host of other vitamins such as Vitamin C, iron and Vitamin E.
