Hello My Beauty! 🍌 Maintain healthy blood pressure with Potassium!
Potassium is essential for maintaining proper fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contractions. It helps regulate blood pressure and supports heart health. Whenever I think of potassium, I visualise bananas, so I was surprised to learn that potatoes also contain this vitamin!
