Good morning sunshine, the Earth says hello! 🥕 Improve your vision with Vitamin A!

Vitamin A is essential for maintaining good vision, supporting immune function, and promoting healthy skin. It helps prevent night blindness and supports overall eye health. Carrots and orange colour sweet potatoes contain beta carotene which the body converts into (Provitamin) Vitamin A, whereas dairy and meat products (like Liver) already contain (Preformed) Vitamin A.

Sources: Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and liver.

Recipe: Bake some Sweet Potato Fries! Cut sweet potatoes into fries, drizzle with olive oil and seasonings, then bake until crispy. Yum!
