Hello sweetie pie! š Keep your heart healthy with Omega-3 essential fatty acids!
Ā
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for maintaining heart health, reducing inflammation, and supporting brain function. They help lower blood pressure, reduce triglycerides, aid weight loss and prevent heart disease. This is one of the key nutrients I encourage every client to include in their weekly diet, and most people do not realise how necessary Omega 3 EFAs are for overall health
and a happy brain. I also give my cats salmon oil daily for their fur health and little purring hearts. We get a lot of Omega 6 EFAs in our diet from dairy and meat, as well as some oils - and the recomendation is now to balance this by including more Omega 3 EFAs in our diet (better than supplementation) as you'll get a wider range of nutrients and the benefits of eating a whole food.
